Parish Halls Committee
The Parish Halls Committee is made up of 5 Councillors.
Councillors: C Jackets (Chair), P Milne, D Miles, P Young, R Brann, A Gander and D White.
Clerks: Claire Kirby and Julie O’Neill.
The Committee is responsible for supervising, and together with Council Officers administering, the Village Hall and the Community Hub, including the adjoining gardens and car parks. The Committee reviews and proposes the hire charges annually to Full Council.
The Committee meets twice a year, in April and October, to review the budget and hire charges. Meetings are held at 7.00 pm at the Community Hub. Agendas are issued at least three clear working days before the meeting and are available on this page and on the Council noticeboards. Minutes will be published on the website as soon as they are available and remain draft until approved at the next meeting.
The Village Hall is currently leased to Hellingly Pre-school and is therefore not available for public hire. The Community Hub is available to hire and offers three different room sizes. Please click here for details.
